Inclusion, diversity and equality

We want everyone to feel welcome and have the space to develop and utilise and develop their talents. We believe diversity is a source of strength: different perspectives lead to better decision-making, more innovation and engaged colleagues.

Our policy

Our policy concerning inclusion, diversity and equality (ID&G) focuses on five key points:

  1. Creating an inclusive work environment
  2. Promoting gender diversity in management and other positions
  3. Increasing multicultural diversity
  4. Support for colleagues with special talents
  5. Inclusiveness and equal opportunities for the LGBTQI+ community

Specific and measurable

  • We aim for women to occupy 40% of management positions 
  • We monitor multicultural diversity and social inclusion with dashboards and external data
  • We have achieved the basic level of the Social Enterprise Performance Ladder (PSO)

Creating inclusion together

We took some additional steps during 2024, with divisions being given room for their own ID&G strategy, with data support by means of a gender dashboard. We also actively involve colleagues and networks in policy, for example when exploring gender transition leave. Leadership plays an important exemplary role in this.
