Affordable housing
- Through our brands Zilveren Kruis and Achmea Real Estate, we develop innovative housing solutions for older adults and provide smart home adaptations that support independent living.
- Achmea Real Estate invests in and manages student housing, with several residential complexes in cities including Amsterdam, Delft, Leiden and Utrecht, accounting for approximately 1,700 housing units.
Inclusive and sustainable urbanisation
We invest in sustainable housing and healthcare real estate. Through the Achmea Real Estate Fund, we contribute to healthy living environments and affordable housing solutions. We also improve the sustainability of existing homes and help develop future-proof neighbourhoods.
