To combat global warming, we need to reduce carbon emissions worldwide. In this way, we can limit climate change and minimise the negative impact on people and nature.
Climate change mitigation measures
Our goal is to be climate neutral in:
- 2030: for our business operations,
- 2040: for our corporate investments,
- 2050: for our insurance portfolios and services.
82% of employees used the €2,500 climate budget. This budget was, among other things, spent on solar panels, heat pumps and home insulation.
More actions
- Over €3.2 billion invested in green bonds and sustainable infrastructure.
- We conduct dialogue with 34 investee companies on their climate plans. We also exclude fossil companies from investments.
- 100% of all new leased cars are electric.
- 100% of our energy we buy green.
- We planted over 1 million trees through Landlife Company.
